Welcome to Reigate and Banstead Home choice, Reigate and Banstead Borough Council's way of allocating housing association properties for rent.
We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Properties that are available for rent will be advertised each week.
Please note that the days properties are advertised has now changed. From April 24th available homes are advertised from midnight on Thursdays until 23.59 the following Wednesday. You cannot view homes or place bids on Thursdays.
You must tell us which properties you are interested in. This process is known as bidding. You may only bid for a property if your application has been accepted onto our housing register.
